We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Simply contact support@i2collection.com with your order number to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Personalized or customized products, intimate wear, swimwear, digital products, and items damaged through misuse cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, earrings and cosmetics opened from sealed packaging are also non-returnable.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.

COD is available across Pakistan. However, for orders over PKR 20,000, we may require partial advance payment. COD is not available for international orders.
