30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Return
- Email support@i2collection.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Pack items securely and drop at any courier point
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or customized products
- Intimate wear and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
- Opened cosmetics and fragrances
- Digital products and e-books
- Items damaged through misuse
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We offer size and color exchanges subject to availability. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange.
